The World Bank Group has officially launched its new Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for the Republic of Yemen, covering the fiscal years 2026 to 2030. The strategic framework aims to restore livelihoods, boost food security, and rebuild local infrastructure while enhancing public service delivery and climate resilience across all Yemeni governorates. <div> Approved alongside the framework is a series of grants totaling $285 million from the International Development Association (IDA). These grants will fund major projects including supporting agricultural value chains, upgrading rural water and irrigation networks, providing vocational training for youth, and bolstering maternal and child healthcare services through national institutions.</div>
