Project description (English): Construction of emergency power generation stations in Hadramout Governorate with a total capacity of 200 MW, split equally between the coast (Jawl Masah 40 MW and Ambikha 60 MW) and the Wadi/Desert region (100 MW), under a tripartite arrangement funded and coordinated by SDRPY, supervised by Yemen's Ministry of Electricity and Energy, and implemented by Gulf Power International on a six-year Build-Operate-Transfer basis, aiming to raise generation efficiency and operational reliability and sustain essential services.
