Project Overview & Details
An emergency intervention project designed to protect and rehabilitate the physical environment housing over 6,000 rare manuscripts (spanning 3,200 volumes) at the Al-Ahqaf Library in Tarim. The project mitigates environmental and climate risks such as high temperatures, humidity, rainwater leaks, power cuts, and fire hazards, transitioning the library into a sustainable, standardized preventive preservation facility.
